Miller the Killer is a bully at Hills Village middle school. he always messing with Rafe Khatchadorian for one reason or another. he goes around and bully people almost every single day. He is pretty much the bane of Rafe and is known for wedgies and stuffing kids in lockers.

Miller is huge with blonde or orange hair and tattoos. He is always seen in a sweatshirt, t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers. In one of Rafe's drawings he has a detective coat and fedora. He is sometimes seen with the Operation R.A.F.E. notebook.

- Rafe makes Miller a nickname: "Miller the Killer Chicken", which turns up on a bunch of posters around the school.
- He thinks Rafe is trying to prove he is more of a criminal than Miller.
